摘要: 

回顾2018年暗潮汹涌的科技期刊出版业，总结行业变革的新进展。首先，从业务层面阐述同行评议的开放化、多元化发展趋势，梳理“大宗交易”模式向OA出版模式翻转的历程，并提出要警惕掠夺性出版对科学发展带来的威胁。其次，重点分析人工智能在科技出版和科学交流过程中不断增强的潜力，以及区块链技术颠覆传统出版模式的现状和前景。最后，从科技出版商的角度，探讨了其对于趋势变化的应对策略、举措以及同行间的战略竞合，包括无缝整合内容、转向以全工作流锁定用户的商业模式等。
