开放科学的挑战与因应：2017年海外科技期刊出版动态研究^*

Abstract：

回顾2017年开放科学趋势下科技期刊市场各方的表现，总结开放存取运动的最新进展，探讨盗版文献平台、学术社交平台以及学术图书馆追求开放共享的最新实践及其影响。剖析爱思唯尔并购普拉姆（Plum）和伯克利电子出版社（Bepress）这两个案例，并对比爱思唯尔、数字科学公司、开放科学框架平台所提供的科研工作流程服务与产品，指出科技出版商由内容业务转向全面介入科研工作流程，试图重新定位为信息和数据分析提供商的战略转向。同时，梳理硅谷新力量—脸书、谷歌、微软介入科技出版领域的方式和可能带来的变革。最后，探讨开放学术过程中两个方面的重点：鼓励否定性结果研究与倡导透明的同行评议方式。
