文章结合上海少年儿童出版社“十万个为什么”少儿科普数据开放平台项目建设实践,就数智化时代背景下的少儿科普数据开放平台发展趋势进行系统分析。研究发现,利用新兴技术强势赋能,以开放共享、及时交互和个性灵活的少儿科普数据开放平台作为出版发展新支点,是政策、行业与市场逻辑下的必然结果。实践表明,契合政策逻辑,发挥出版主体性关键作用,强化优质人才支撑;立足行业逻辑,建立跨界协同发展机制,形成科学规制体系;围绕市场逻辑,积极拓展细分应用场景,提升效益变现能力,是实现少儿科普数据开放平台建设预期目标的有效路径。

Abstract

In the wake of the accelerating development of the digital intelligence era, the strategic integration of emerging technologies into educational infrastructure has fundamentally transformed knowledge dissemination paradigms. Leveraging artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and cloud computing to empower the establishment of the "100000 Whys" juvenile science popularization platform has gradually become a significant trend in educational technology innovation. This platform features open architecture, collaborative resource sharing, real-time interactive capabilities, and adaptive flexibility to respond to individual cognitive needs. It functions as a pivotal infrastructure component that enhances the utilization rate and value creation potential of distributed data resources, thereby fulfilling the growing demands for personalized service delivery across diverse educational domains, industrial sectors, and heterogeneous user demographics. This study systematically analyzes the industry development trends in the context of digital intelligence era by examining the construction of the "100000 Whys" juvenile science popularization platform, a project implemented by Juvenile and Children's Books Publishing House (JCBPH). This study substantiates that strategically deploying cutting-edge technologies in the construction of specialized data platforms serves as a multifaceted response to national development imperatives. This includes enhancing cultural dissemination, promoting technological innovation across sectors, and aligning with the "Publishing Powerhouse" initiative's emphasis on digital content ecosystems and the "Technologically Advanced Nation" blueprint's focus on intelligent infrastructure. More importantly, such platforms provide an operational pathway for achieving intelligent transformation and high-quality development in children's science education publishing, while meeting evolving market demands through technological innovation. Empirical evidences demonstrate three pathways: policy alignment through institutional agency and talent cultivation, industrial synergy via cross-sector mechanisms, and market-driven value realization through scenario-specific applications. These strategies collectively provide a replicable model for industry-wide juvenile science platforms. This study concludes that the JCBPH model provides actionable insights for industry-wide advancement. Its experience in adopting emerging technologies, exploring innovative service formats, developing competitive intellectual property products, and addressing systemic challenges offers reference value for peers. Particularly in the context of deep convergence transformation and cross-industry collaboration, this case illuminates practical methodologies for balancing technological application with content quality, market expansion with social responsibility, and short-term experimentation with long-term strategic planning. These findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on optimizing digital publishing ecosystems and advancing children's science literacy through intelligent platform architectures. This study establishes that this integrated approach provides a sustainable framework for developing economies to advance beyond traditional publishing evolution stages, directly establishing intelligent platforms that satisfy state-level digitalization agendas, industry modernization requirements, and learner-centric educational innovation demands.
