教育数字化背景下高校出版社融合出版模式研究

教育数字化战略深入推进,人工智能技术快速迭代,推动教育出版行业从技术工具浅层应用迈向深层次价值重构。文章采取案例研究法,以东南大学出版社融合出版模式为例,指出高校出版社应紧紧依托学校优质教学科研资源,以《教育强国建设规划纲要(2024—2035年)》等政策为指引,搭建数字服务板块,以AI技术全流程赋能出版各环节,打造多元融合项目布局与前沿技术平台,提出“内容做精、技术赋能、服务闭环”的融合发展道路,为高校出版社的数字化转型提供了可借鉴的实践经验。

Abstract

Against the background of the in-depth implementation of the national education digitalization strategy and the rapid iteration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, educational publishing is moving from the relatively shallow application of technical tools toward a deeper reconstruction of value, workflow, and service logic. In this context, the transformation of university presses is no longer limited to digitizing existing publishing procedures. Rather, it increasingly involves the reorganization of content resources, technical capabilities, and service mechanisms around new educational scenarios. Taking Southeast University Press as a case, this paper adopts the case study method to examine how a university press can build an integrated publishing model under the broader trend of educational digitalization. Relying closely on the high-quality teaching and research resources of Southeast University, the press has developed its integrated publishing practice under the guidance of policy documents such as the Master Plan on Building China into a Leading Country in Education (2024–2035). The study argues that, for university presses, the key to integrated development lies not in the simple superimposition of print and digital formats, but in the coordinated construction of content, technology, platforms, and services. On this basis, Southeast University Press has established a digital service sector, promoted the application of AI technologies across the publishing process, and gradually formed a diversified project layout and a frontier-oriented technical platform. The case shows that AI empowerment is not confined to a single link of publishing, but extends throughout the full workflow. It penetrates content organization, editorial processing, product development, platform operation, and service delivery, thereby enhancing the overall connectivity among publishing segments. At the same time, the integrated publishing model is supported by multiple project forms, including digital learning resources, online courses, and digital textbooks, which together expand the functional boundaries of the press from conventional publication output to broader educational service provision. In this sense, integrated publishing is presented not merely as a technical transformation, but as a mode of coordinated development that links academic resources, publishing production, and digital educational application. Based on this case, the paper proposes a development path summarized as "refining content, empowering with technology, and building a closed-loop service system." "Refining content" emphasizes that the core competitiveness of a university press still rests on high-quality academic and educational content. "Empowering with technology" indicates that digital tools and AI applications should serve the enhancement of publishing efficiency, product innovation, and user connection. "Building a closed-loop service system" means that publishing should be extended from the production of individual products to the provision of continuous and connected services, so that content development, technological support, user use, and feedback optimization can form an integrated cycle. The paper concludes that the integrated publishing practice of Southeast University Press offers a replicable example for the digital transformation of university presses. By combining institutional resource advantages, policy guidance, digital service construction, and full-process AI empowerment, university presses may explore a feasible route toward high-quality integrated development in the era of educational digitalization.
