摘要: 

文章回顾2022年海外科技期刊出版的发展,分析转换协议、权利保留政策、版本控制以及多元的开放获取实践等OA最新进展,认为OA出版延续了系统性增长的态势;梳理开放数据的监管和出版活动,分析其在支持开放科学方面的关键作用;探讨开放知识仓储、开放引文、质量评价体系与科研诚信等开放科学基础设施建设问题;针对科技期刊出版商在开放变局中面临的挑战,提出加速扩大OA规模、投入开放科技出版基础设施建设、加紧向解决方案和智能服务提供商转型的应变之策。科技出版的未来出路在于持续促进科学研究的“大对话”过程,以巩固其在科学交流系统中不可替代的地位。
