摘要: 

系统回顾2023年海外科技期刊出版动态,在S联盟提出建立由学者主导的学术交流生态系统的背景下,分析以转换协议为代表的商业OA模式与开放科学所期冀的社群导向OA模式间的碰撞;探讨生成式AI作为效率工具应用于学术出版的优势、风险与对策;梳理政府、大学、研究机构、学术出版商等各类主体在推进科学数据开放共享与重用方面的努力,以及学术出版商的数据出版活动。指出面临变局,科技出版商应以技术赋能,加强对内容资源的集聚和深度开发,完善科研工作流以应对科研诚信问题并提升自身竞争力,并应在与新兴替代性平台的复杂竞合中寻求发展。
