两个结合”视域下传统文化主题出版的逻辑机理、动力机制和发展进路

传统文化主题出版是中国特色出版实践的逻辑必然。“两个结合”增强了传统文化主题出版的理论自觉,廓清了传统文化主题出版的历史方位,拓宽了传统文化主题出版的发展道路。“两个结合”不仅构成了传统文化主题出版的理论背景,而且赋予其包括制度性动力、运行性动力、技术性动力、协同性动力在内的稳定的动力机制。但当前我国传统文化主题出版仍面临价值共识障碍产生的发展矛盾、文化创意断层形成的发展瓶颈、人才技术缺口导致的发展短板、协同机制缺位造成的发展失衡等问题。据此,须砥砺达成传统文化主题出版与马克思主义中国化时代化同频共振;健全传统文化主题出版的产业创新、产品创新与市场化转化机制;构建数智化赋能下传统文化主题出版人才培育与业态创新的支撑体系;完善“政—产—学—研—用”多主体协同推进传统文化主题出版工作模式。

Abstract

Traditional culture-themed publishing serves as an important carrier for inheriting China's excellent traditional culture and promoting cultural confidence and self-strengthening. It plays an irreplaceable role in the cultural construction of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The "two integrations", namely, integrating the basic principles of Marxism with China's specific realities and with China’s excellent traditional culture, are the logical necessity of publishing practices with Chinese characteristics. This major theoretical innovation not only enhances the theoretical consciousness of traditional culture-themed publishing and clarifies its historical position in the cultural development pattern of the new era but also fundamentally broadens its path for high-quality development. The "two integrations" not only constitute the profound theoretical background of traditional culture-themed publishing but also inject stable and diverse power mechanisms, including institutional, operational, technological and collaborative power, into it. Institutional power comes from the top-level design of the national cultural strategy; operational power is reflected in the growth and stimulation of market demand in the publishing field; technological power relies on emerging means such as digital technology and artificial intelligence to deeply empower traditional publishing forms; and collaborative power emphasizes the joint efforts of multiple entities to form synergy. However, at present, traditional culture-themed publishing in China still faces multiple challenges: the obstacle of value consensus leads to the development contradiction between ideological guidance and market orientation; the cultural creativity gap causes content homogenization and superficiality, forming a development bottleneck; the shortage of professional talents and insufficient application ability of digital technology constitute obvious development shortcomings; and the absence of cross-departmental and cross-field collaborative mechanisms further aggravates the dispersion of resources and development imbalance. Therefore, we must take multiple measures and promote them systematically. First, we should strive to achieve synchronous resonance between traditional culture-themed publishing and the sinicization and modernization of Marxism, ensuring the correct publishing direction and strong value guidance. Second, we should establish a complete chain mechanism covering industrial innovation, product innovation and market-oriented transformation to enhance the dissemination power and influence of traditional culture publications. Third, we urgently need to build a talent cultivation and business innovation support system under digital empowerment, strengthening the construction of a composite publishing talent team. Finally, we should improve the working mode of multiparty collaboration "from government to industry—academia—research—application", integrate advantageous resources, and form a powerful force to promote the high-quality development of traditional culture-themed publishing. Only in this way can we constantly radiate the contemporary brilliance of China’ s excellent traditional culture in the process of upholding and innovating and provide solid publishing support for the construction of modern Chinese civilization.
