在数字技术深度重塑出版业态的背景下,我国出版业面临产业快速发展与复合型人才供给不足的结构性矛盾。传统人才培养模式存在三重核心困境:人文底蕴与技术应用割裂、理论教学与产业实践脱节、守正传承与创新突破失衡。本文立足“通”(人文、技术、产业的融通)与“新”(培养理念、模式、路径的创新)双维思路,构建“人文底蕴—技术素养—产业洞察”三维融合培养体系,通过课程体系重构、实践模式创新与生态协同保障的系统设计,为新时代出版人才培养提供理论依据与实践路径,对推动出版教育改革提供重要启示。

Abstract

In the context of digital technology profoundly reshaping the publishing industry, China's publishing industry faces a structural contradiction between its rapid industrial development and the insufficient supply of interdisciplinary talents. Traditional talent cultivation models reveal three primary challenges: the separation between humanistic foundations and technical applications, the gap between theoretical teaching and industrial practice, and the imbalance between the inheritance of traditions and the achievement of innovative breakthroughs. This paper establishes a dual-dimensional framework of "Integration" (Tong) and "Innovation" (Xin), with both concepts carrying specific connotations tailored to the demands of modern publishing education. "Integration" (Tong) extends beyond mere breadth of knowledge structure; it emphasizes the synergy of humanistic foundation, technical competence, and industrial insight, which together form one organic whole. This framework aims to dissolve long-standing disciplinary boundaries that have fragmented knowledge systems and foster a comprehensive fusion of knowledge and capabilities. Rather than focusing on fragmented skill accumulation, "Integration" (Tong) enables practitioners to synthesize cultural value judgment, technical application, and industrial logic into coherent professional competence, ensuring systematic approaches to complex publishing projects with cross-domain flexibility. "Innovation" (Xin) reflects the responsiveness to technological revolution and industrial transformation. It encompasses three key dimensions: educational philosophy reform beyond traditional linear process-based teaching, cultivation model enhancement incorporating industry scenarios and cutting-edge technologies, and new pathways linking academia and industry. "Innovation" (Xin) aims to enhance learners’awareness of emerging technologies such as generative AI and blockchain, cultivate innovative thinking for reimagining publishing processes, and strengthen adaptability to new industry formats. It emphasizes that technological advancement should be guided by humanistic values serve as a tool to reinforce cultural missions. Guided by this framework, this paper constructs a three-dimensional integrated cultivation system focusing on "humanistic foundation—technical competence—industrial insight". Through systematic design encompassing curriculum reconstruction, practical model innovation, and ecological collaborative guarantee, it provides theoretical foundations and practical pathways for publishing talent cultivation in the new era, contributing valuable insights for advancing reform in publishing education. Through the aforementioned multidimensional collaborative innovation, publishing education will achieve a profound transformation from knowledge impartation to competency cultivation, nurturing interdisciplinary talents proficient in both technology and market dynamics, thereby providing solid talent support for the digital transformation of the publishing industry. As AI technology evolves, publishing education must persistently iterate and update, constructing a more open, dynamic, and diversified educational ecosystem to adapt to evolving industry demands. Policy guidance and evaluation coordination mechanisms will ensure the implementation of educational reforms, stimulating the engagement of both academia and enterprises. By leveraging the collaborative innovation framework of publishing education, multistakeholder resources can be integrated to promote technology-empowered education, forming a virtuous cycle. This approach will realize the integration of the education chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, thereby forming one organic whole and providing sustained impetus for the high-quality development of the publishing industry.
